Matcha Powder

Matcha is made up of stone ground green tea leaves, resulting in a fine powder. By virtue of ingesting the leaves, you consume 10-15 times the nutrients found in brewed tea leaves. Matcha is known for increasing energy, boosting metabolism and reducing stress. Use in lattes, smoothies, baking and more. it's all good!
